DISKovery Center's 3rd Annual Texas Hold'em Poker Tournament |
The DISKovery Center invites you to attend our third annual Texas Hold'em Poker Tournament on September 13, 2008 from 6:00pm to 10:00pm (reception with complementary hors d'oeuvres and registration begins at 5:00pm), at the Chop Suey Café and Lounge located at 347 E. 1st Street, Los Angeles CA 90012.
All proceeds will benefit the DISKovery Center so that we can upgrade our computer lab and continue to enable people of all backgrounds and ages to bridge the Digital Divide.
Over 100 players will compete for this year's top prize of two round-trip tickets on American Airlines, amongst other great prizes. So please reserve your seat and help us spread the word!

Established in 1999, the DISKovery Center is a community technology center and a program of the Little Tokyo Service Center Community Development Corporation (LTSC CDC). We are located in the Far East Building, which is in the historic Little Tokyo district of downtown Los Angeles.
Our mission is to build community through digital opportunities. The DISKovery Center provides low-cost or free technology access to the community, offering computer and technology training, free computer public access for members, and an equipment lending program. The DISKovery Center strives to make our services accessible for all users. Individuals with disabilities are encouraged to participate in DISKovery Center's services. |
